These kids have an unregistered dirt bike that they speed up and down 3rd street on without even wearing protective head gear, Ive even seen them fall into a car or two on the street...

several laws being broken all at once by these kids, including noise ordinances, especially when they drive up and down the street after 9:30pm after I have put my kids to bed

please resolve ASAP

the kids tend to hang out at both the apartment building on the corner of Wade and Third, and the apartment building at the intersection of Marble and Third
