Description

Fence erected. Doesn't appear a permit was ever applied for, no one checked for gas lines etc to make sure they didn't hit while digging, other shortcut measures taken. 1328 E and 1336 E Street. Also wondering how this affects fire codes safety. And Department of Building and Safety website states that if a fence is built in a front yard the above forementioned processes are legally required.
