I have assigned this to the City's Problem Resolution Team to have a look so all the departments can assess the situation and contact the owner to get things that are violations of the municipal code brought into compliance. In cases like this one, that can take some time to accomplish in order to preserve the property rights of the owners and still maintain health and safety for the general public.

Please remember that everyone gets their day in court. When violations are found, whether in criminal, administrative, or civil law, the City applies the laws the same for everyone as violations are prosecuted before the courts, which can take a fair amount of time when people exercise their rights. We abide by what the courts decide on these cases because everyone is entitled to due process under the US Constitution.
Wikipedia describes due process as "the legal requirement that the state must respect all legal rights that are owed to a person. Due process balances the power of law of the land and protects the individual person from it. When a government harms a person without following the exact course of the law, this constitutes a due process violation, which offends the rule of law."
For more information, also see https://www.law.cornell.edu/wex/due_process where it states, "The Constitution states only one command twice. The Fifth Amendment says to the federal government that no one shall be "deprived of life, liberty or property without due process of law." The Fourteenth Amendment, ratified in 1868, uses the same eleven words, called the Due Process Clause, to describe a legal obligation of all states. These words have as their central promise an assurance that all levels of American government must operate within the law ("legality") and provide fair procedures."
I hope this helps clarify why some of these issues take a long time to address. It is not that the City isn't doing anything, but that matters are being adjudicated. When there are already cases pending against a certain property or person, we can amend charges to include additional matters, but we cannot change how long it takes the courts to decide an issue.

I would say the pressure needs to be stepped up on this place. It appears to be worse than it was.
DisplaYName I am not white and I am not male but I have noticed you seem to have a problem with both. Perhaps that should be kept to yourself.

This place is a crap hole in our neighborhood and they are doing nothing I can tell to make it better. They ought to be embarrassed if they call this improvement.
