It's not really that bad at all, have you seen some of the places in downtown torrington, i feel like you people just beg for small businesses to hurt.

I can see this, how about talk to the person before bringing it to the town? ive stopped and talked to some people downtown about cleaning it up a bit. I wouldnt go directly to the town. Give them a chance maybe?
Id suggest that for many places in town, if you have a problem with how it looks, )while relatively this whole town looks terrible) bring it to the person. I feel that the city (God willing) would actually look at these road repair and traffic or hazardous comments rather than zoning and other things that us citizens can help with.
We cant really go and fix the roads and put up stop signs, but we can sure help to clean this town up.
Im simply stating that it should be brought to people rather than giving our town something to waste their time on instead of our safety on the roads. Personal opinion (ill go and talk to this boat yard about cleaning up a bit.

my statement is not only for this address but many of the locations in town that look like trash, take the situation to the people, we can work on how the town looks, let the government work on safety. Which in my opinion is more important.
