说明
These are the only two porta potties for the homeless on 8th and 9th st at Harrison. They haven't been emptied in a very long time. It's horrid. Huge flies everywhere, huge rats everywhere. And the trash pile that's near it is unfortunately now the only place where excrement can be put.
You can smell it a block away. Even in the wind.
Service logs show they've been signed every other day or so.
Complete lie.
It's a health hazard. It's intentional and it's disrespectful to all humanity. Housed and unhoused.
Berkeley do your job and make United do its job.
We've called already. They don't listen.

There's two companies. Honey Bucket and United Rentals.
Honey bucket comes every day except weekends.
UNITED RENTALS has not come in weeks.
Absolutely horrible conditions. Flies and rats get worse everyday. Please upgrade this service request to a health and safety hazard immediately.

They stated that this unit was supposed to have been removed months ago, because the city hadn't been paying their bill for it.
Somehow it's been left unattended since April.
After explaining that to me I asked them if they were going to clean it or remove it.
They did neither. That was Friday. It's still there, still full
