This house has 2 blue toters with non-recyclables on the curb for tomorrows pick up. Public Works will AGAIN NOT PiCK UP because of the non-compliant contents. There are trash bags with the contents spilled onto the ground in the front yard and cur side... rotted spoiled food waste, soiled diapers ... for weeks. My neighbors and I cleaned their garbage from their yard a few weeks ago and they continue to do this. Public Health should get involved because the landlord is not responsive to complaints, tickets or fines.

THANK YOU to LCI who immediately responded to this complaint. LCI Specialist Chris Soto visited the site and followed up with an on site phone call to the property managers ... 'encouraging' them to send someone out IMMEDIATELY and have the property cleaned. He also stressed to the property mgt that they should address this matter with their tenants (keeping the garbage contained and disposed of properly) as they may face fines every time this occurs.
I will visit this property this evening and report whether the property managers heeded the call and cleaned the property.
