Description

Abandoned Cadillac in street for THREE months at corner of Hillsdale and lenawee streets. Snow plow crews plowed around it all winter. Unacceptable!

This in-plated car is STILL in the street. Today's date is May 5, 2014. It's now been in the street for six months!
