The vehicles exiting Central Prison, in particular those turning left onto Western Boulevard with the green light, need to be reminded that pedestrians crossing Western Blvd have the right of way, and they MUST yield to pedestrians in the marked crosswalk.
I suggest hanging a YIELD TO PED sign on the traffic signal that faces into the Central Prison entrance.

We did address this in a different SCF issue. The Warden has issued directives to employees and is working with RPD to stop this behavior.
