Description
The bushes and greenery can cover the Stop sign on one side of 16th St & Frankford causing some to speed on pass. Its very important that another Stop sign is on the other side of 16th St to make it clear that drivers need to stop, especially when driving pass Moten Elementary.

I have a landscaping crew that will be in the area cleaning a naturalized portion of 2400 blk 17th Street on Monday, 4/7/2014. I will ask them to also prune around area stop signs for clearance.
