The house has been "red tagged" by Code Compliance on March 17 for having tenants and not being registered as a rental, the people continue to live in it though technically they are only to be on the premises from 8-5 M-F No weekends. The police came for the 1st time Fri March 28th and informed them of the timeframe they could be there, now today (Sun) they are back like nothings happened yet nothing has changed with the issue of the red tag. The people that are there have sorta taken the house like squatters as the owner lives out of state, it's also becoming a problem with partying, use of the drive as a mechanic shop, different vehicles getting repaired all the time. I want to know why nothing is being done on code compliance end to either board the house or whatever it takes to get them gone, I was told through the grapevine they even "faked" a lease to get the utilities turned. Please help with this issue
