Neighbor constantly waters their garden with their sprinklers on peak times (9am-5pm)They put their sprinklers on at least 4 times a day at random times and for more than one hour. Their sprinkler water time is set at a time that interrupts kids and pedestrians walking on sidewalk forcing them to get wet or to cross the street illegally and their sprinkler water also reaches to the right car lane watering all the oncoming cars, especially during rush hour (4-5pm). They should fix their sprinkler distance to not hit the sidewalks and oncoming cars or just adjust their sprinklers to a time that people and cars do not pass throug such as 9pm-5am.
