  This complaint has been filed for 1227 S 16th, but there are not any notes as to what the complaint is. Please provide specific comments on the problem.

  It was reported a few days ago as being at 1227 S. 17th in error it is on 16th street. That one had the picture. When walking down the sidewalk just above the ankles there is a small section of a cyclone fence and it is all mangled. A person cut their leg when walking by as it sticks out into the sidewalk and if your not aware of it you will get bit.
