Santa Barbara & Santa Anna are being worked on and have been since August 2017. What we did not know was water lines were being replaced along with drainage issues and repaving the roads. advised that the water lines need updating and decided to do it now rather than in 5 years and having to re do the roads at that point. It now appears that Santa Barbara will not be completed until next spring. Santa Anna now has 4" on new black top.
