Opis
After 10pm stop light is stuck on red when travelling from I285 towards Tilly Mill, impossible to cross Tilly Mill and/or turn left on Tilly Mill. I leave in Westover, and have to turn right on Tilly Mill and then make UTurn. Please fix.
