This black Infiniti 4-door sedan has been parking in the middle of the street behind the Slow Streets sign every morning for the past week for 4-5 hours. This is very dangerous as it's blocking the road and visibility so that drivers don't see pedestrians on a designated slow street. License plate starts 8TW. Across the street from 500 E 19th Street
