This morning, Waste Industries truck 3453 was collecting trash at Trophy Brewing Company.

This was just before 6a.m.

Waste Industries was here again this morning at 6am moving the dumpster up and down the street to accommodate the dumpster because of low power lines, so we have to deal with banging on the street and beeping. (4/16/14). Once again, this is truck 3337. I can see it from outside my window across the street.

Per RPD: An officer spoke with a supervisor of Waste Industries. The supervisor accepted responsibility for this incident and stated one of his newer drivers emptied a dumpster in this area, during this time. The driver has been counseled and understands he cannot pick-up before the allotted time frame. This should not happen again and the supervisor agreed to continue to educate his employees. We will continue to monitor as availability allows.
