What action if any has been taken?

This website page says "it's fixed" well from where I stand the pile has got bigger and there is heavy rain coming this weekend. So "it's NOT fixed". If you say it is please explain to me how.

This is yet another example of citizens trying to report an issue, hoping to get some action by the City, and the issue report is "CLOSED" without comment or explanation. It is very frustrating. That's why I reported CityLink as an issue that needs to be fixed: http://seeclickfix.com/issues/986634. Feel free to add a comment and a vote to it, if you'd like to see better handling of issues that we report.

Again this issue is marked closed, WHY. I have attached a photograph taken only 2 hours after you Closed the file, you will notice that NOTHING has changed from 3/26/14. Why do you keep closing the issue but fail to carry out any work or at least inform us of any action that will be taken. Under that pile of tree limbs is our only storm drain and the house to the left of it would flood automatically should the rain be heavy enough to overflow the kerb. I do not think the city should be made to clear this as it was contractors who left the debris there in the first place. I do however think the city should enforce there own violation coding on the contractor.
