Neighboring business 3829 48th ave N. has erected a cement wall that blocks the drainage from the street. It is between our buildings, behind the fence. It is a ditch area next to his building that the street drains into. This causes the street aand my driveway to flood during heavy rain.

Drainage issue every time it rains. We cannot get our mail. Have complained many times & a pump truck is what we get. The road is eventually going to crumble & someone is going to get hurt. Going on for years & never permanently fixed! Please help

Boardwalk washout again Boardwalk has subsided sinking in on the south side from the last washout and boards on boardwalk are coming up and are rottin.g Not sure if stormwater structures are functioning correctl in this area ..

The road appears to be caving in due to an underground water main rupture. There is a never ending bubbling of water in the road which has caused a large hole in the middle of the road. A sink hole appears imminent. Grove Street is a road that is a main thorough fare for countless cars. A sink hole would be catastrophic.

We moved here from NY into our new home in Tarpon Springs, FL. We had a full inspection of the house before the sale. We have a hill in our backyard, a small wall and a pool. Whenever it would rain, the backyard would flood and almost come in through the sliding doors. Turns out that we had to put in a French drain. The expense of this was out of control. They had to dig up my entire backyard. How did they miss this on inspection?? I was hoping for compensation for this problem as we were never told about this and coming from New York, we had no idea something like this could happen. Please let me know who actually handles these issues, if I am not posting on the right site. Thank you for your anticipated help.

702 9th st, palm harbor is pumping water from their back yard into our front yard and causing flooding of us and our other neighbor property. Before they moved in they had standing water in their back yard and now they pump it out into our front yard.

This is Christy Erbeck, VP & Chief People Officer of Parc Center for Disabilities. Our group home, Burkett Villa, is where this flooding is occurring. The flooding is coming from our neighbor, Heritage Oaks community, a Beazer Homes PUD. We have talked with them several times to no avail. They seem to fix it, but then the same issue occurs again. The first instance was October 17th. Again on October 24th, November 3rd and now today. We need this handled ASAP please.
