Water coming out of ground on outer lawn and flooding sidewalk and street

A leak near our water meter was "repaired" 2 wks ago. They did a crappy job w/using a pile of gravel to cover the hole. Now, when it rains, it won't drain correctly. It accumulates in front of my house & seeps into a crack in the concrete. There's still flags all over my yard. The white pile of gravel looks horrible in front of my house. Please help.

There is some kind of leak at the corner.

This is our driveway. The county just laid more shell on the street today and now we are flooding worse than usual. After a short rain storm there is over 3 inches of water in our driveway, in the front and side of the house. I have several pictures. There is an extreme amount of standing water on the side of the house almost level to the back door and in the front and driveway . I am very concerned as there is an excessive amount of flooding that we have not had in the past.

My neighbor has added a gulley that is draining into my back yard (West side of my house), and the neighbor on the other side has stared digging a ditch right next to my fence

It would be nice to get the erosion in the ditch fixed and the plastic tarps removed at some point that line the Seminole High Schools parking lot on 86th Ave. The construction has been completed for a while and it seems the ditch erosion and tarps have been ignored or forgotten. It needs to be fixed and completed.

A citizen has reported tripping on the wiring that runs in between the riprap seen in the picture. There are multiple areas where the wire is exposed.

The ground behind the storm sewer cement block is eroding and has sunk about 12 inches next to the block

The street in front of our house always has a puddle of water. It used to do it on the other side but now it is on our side of the street. The puddle never goes away and only gets bigger with rain or runoff from up the road. It isn't leaking out of the sewer from our yard but am not sure where it is from or why it stays.

There is a growing sinkhole under the pavement; as school buses regularly use this road, I am concerned pavement might give up under weight.
