Flooding and constant standing water at 399 Broadus St at the corner of 401 Pennsylvania Ave. This issue has been ongoing for seven plus years. Crews come out to look, then get back in their trucks and leave. A smart and simple fix could be done, and needs to be done. Mosquito's have become a big problem due to this standing water. On a normal rain, it take three to fours days for the water to drain off.

The new construction is exacerbating the stormwater problem on Illinois. This lot is filling faster. Right now this is damaging other people's property. It's on the cusp of creating flooding.

water is ponding and not going around the grass at the new drain area . . .it is actually coming across the road to the north and backing up the street westerly - not being able to drain into the drain in front 430 which has been built up and street side obstructed by dirt and sod, coming down to the east side of 420 and flooding the back yard seeping into the east side of my home!!
I was told the sod was good because it would slow the water down and I said it was only going to cause me to flood. I have many photos of this week - twice I have had to clean up from the storm waters due to the 2 storm drains not doing what intended to do. Can you send an engineer to walk the flood plan with me so I can explain because closing my requesting isn't solving the problem

this issue was reported in 2019 something needs to be done my neighbor has altered is yard and is causing flooding of surrounding neighbors yards.

Adjacent property at 100 Gulfwinds Dr W Palm Harbor FL 34683 has a driveway along the side of the house, extending to the property line and no provisions for rainwater runoff. This floods our property located at 101 Gulfwinds Dr W Palm Harbor FL, every time we have heavy rain. Water from the roof combines with the rainwater at ground level. There are no gutters or drainage provisions which creates an excessive amount of water runoff into our side yard and creates an erosion / flooding issue.

Street floods and holds water for days after raining. Standing water is dangerous especially in a family neighborhood. The mosquitos are also out of control and the county should really consider addressing these issues.

We have requested a "storm drain" for years and we have spent $12,000 in raised sidewalks in a settlement with a tenant that had to walk her and her children through a foot of water every time it rained BUT it is just masking the problem of needing a storm drain.
