    This is a college Station utilities box. It has been open for a long time. This street has no sidewalk so students walk on this area all the time to get to the A&M bus and the CISD bus stop one block away. This is a major trip hazard. Somebody could fall in that hole and break a bone. It needs to be properly secured.

    At least once every week or every other week there are somewhat large "gatherings" at the house where the young men in attendance yell and play in yard, on top of the roof as if they were overexcited children on a playground. There are loud parties on weekends about once a month or every other month. The occupants of the house or their visitors frequently drive too fast down the street.

    there are 2 large trees that are rotten at yhe base, are leaning against other trees inside the park of edelweiss gartens. kids play inside the nature area near the creek. I'm concerned for dead fall and tree collapse, possibly hurting kids. please send a tree crew to remove these dead trees. thank you.

    There are at least 3 large dead trees on the back side of Woodcreek park that runs parallel to Brookwater Circle. One tree has been dead a while and is close to a 2 story house but on the park side of the fence. Several large limbs have fallen toward the sidewalk trail. I'm shocked the home owner hasn't reported this because it could damage their house.
    There are more very tall trees that are dead in that area. Please check the other dead trees inside the circle but very noticeable. Kids play back there and could be hurt.
    Also the grass has grown up and hasn't been mowed lately. A lot of people walk their dogs along this sidewalk trail.

    ADA surface at the southern oaks playground has two.places that look flat, but actually concealing large holes. When you step on the surface, it sinks down.i saw several kids trip there. One hole to the right of the climbing wall and the other hole to the right of the alphabet hole. You won't see a hole until you step in it.
