    Louise at first going out to wellborn is not allowed(at this time) but this evening I started to turn down Louise from Wellborn and had to stop. 3 different times. Now that church is also only one way in, can we get better do not enter signage at Louise and first?

Many deep ruts were created from heavy equipment and water is standing, weeks after rainfall. There is a concern in the neighborhood that this issue will bring more mosquitos to daily walkers.
