Need public works contact and investigation of potential stormwater runoff problem to determine if runoff issue is with drainage ditches or with neighboring yard runoff. Subject has been advised that if the runoff issue is not related to a road issue that it will have to be handled in civil action but we told her that we would have public works evaluate first to see if it is an issue under our control.
