    Citizen, Ms. Syran, at 1324 Carolyn Drive secured a large tree to their dock keep it from being a hazard to navigation. This officer request public works remove hazard from their dock because due to size and unknown buoyancy characteristics I am unable to tow to 64th St. ramp. Request a ground grew or dredge tender stationed at Lynnhaven to remove. There is good water depth to hazard if that option is choosen. Contact numbers for complainant are 428-2030 and 477-0412

    There is a hole in this plastic cover thing. Not sure exactly what it is. It is beside the sidewalk on on the north side of Old Donation. Reporting it so no one accidentally steps in it and hurts themselves.

    Hi, I've lived at this address for over 30 years and never had this issue. I'm not sure how it came to be but there are many 'patches' of lily pads (Yellow Floating Hearts I believe) forming in the lake currently. I've seen these listed as a invasive species. I fear that if not removed, they will cover the entire surface of the lake not only making for a mosquito breeding ground due to the wind not being able to move the water surface but it will have an effect on property values as well.

    These patches of lily pads are just starting. I plead with you to please come out and remove them. It shouldn't take more than a hour or two in a small boat. Please remove them all now before it gets out of hand and becomes a major endeavor.

    The sidewalk at Bizet Ct and Culver has been dugout and framed for concrete for most of the summer. Please finish the job and pour the concrete. It’s a real eyesore.

    The page with the bulky item pick-up form needs to include the email address the response will come from, so that it can be added to contacts/white listed, so the response doesn't land in the spam file. This just happened to me on the day my item was to be picked up. I just happened to be calling since my yard waste was not picked up and ask about my bulky item. I was informed of the date/time a response was sent, and found it in my spam folder. Unfortunately today was the day, and my Ring confirmed they were here early. So they wasted a trip and I am frustrated. Simple fix. Thanks.
