This creek has become a nuisance since all of the storm drains in the neighborhood drain into this creek and the entire neighborhood flooded yesterday Previously one of my neighbors has called about this creek and received a voicemail back that basically stated that the city does not maintain this creek and was not their problem This is a complete lack of consideration from the city for something that is clearly their responsibility since all of the storm water runoff goes into this creek There is trash buildup, rats and mosquitos that are carrying who knows what with them that should be taken of appropriately

Stormwater drainage ditch adjacent to 5901 Thurston Ave is in need of attention. It has built up vegetation and overgrowth as well as litter and trash all throughout the ditch

This is the retention pond behind Lifenet Health and next to Public Utilities. The pond is behind four houses on Landstown Ct. There is a storm drain leading to the pond.

3452 MacDonald Rd. The Stormwater Drainage ditch adjacent to the property is not clear, not draining properly, and not cleaned in several years. This is the drainage for the neighborhood as three other Stormwater lines all flow into the ditch. The city used to maintain it but stopped several years ago with no reason provided for the stopped service. This area is also in a Zone A flood zone and is a flood prone area. Waterway is full of trash. The area was mowed and trash is more obvious and in an area that will run off in to waterway. Not sure if the city takes care of this or Ocean Lakes. It’s off of upton drive past pathfinder.

Massive amounts of small styrofoam debris ranging from <1mm to 3mm in size along Constitution drive surrounding the construction project on Costitution Dr. and Bonney Rd. Litter covers the green space on both sides of the road, is in the waterway, and in along the sidewalks and roadways leading to stormwater drains.

I've found numerous dead birds in this area and believe it's due to runoff from the large pile of metal-containing debris that lives on this property.

Carcass in storm drain directly in front of home. Has been smelling so bad it has been permeating our home for a few days.

A lot of sediment has been coming through the public pipe. The channel has a very low quality of water due to a situation that looks like sewage entering.
