    A damaged floating dock has washed up to a portion of the canal that goes under the road. It’s pretty much trash and whoever owns is has not tried to remove it.

    Trash in the storm drains has accumulated in 19 storm drains from Baker Road, Pawleys Arch, Port Royal Drive, Kiawah Ct and Bulls Bay Drive. This drain empties directly into Witchduck Lake, part of the citiy's storm water system . I adopted this drain on 3/20/2018 and have maintained the access from the street since then. On August 12, 2019 I reported this issue requesting all drains on the streets listed as well as this drain be cleaned out by the city. On 9/23/2019 I called the city for an update. I was told the service was done 9/12/2019. The service was not done per photographs. On 9/25/2019 Engineer Carter from the city called me stating the drains were not cleaned and he would place another service request and I would get a call in 4 weeks.
