    The new sidewalk is blocked by construction fencing and people are having to divert out into the street to get around it. This was witnessed most recently this evening as a new mother had to walk down the road outside of the cones that did not provide enough space for her stroller. The previous issue raised on this stated that the issue was being looked into and then it was closed an archived. Until this issue is resolved should this not remain open? And what is the timeline for this to be addressed?

    Advance yellow warning lights need to be installed on all 4 approaches to this intersection to signal that the traffic lights in the intersection are about to change. Too many drivers speed up to make stale green lights and cause unnecessary risks to other drivers.

    The Quayside dog park has long been promised a water fountain for people and dogs.

    We are requesting again a fountain be placed in this dog park.

    The dog park is very hot on sunny days and there is no trees on the south or east side to provide shade when it gets hot in the afternoon.

    Currently people hang jugs of water in the tree and it looks very unsightly.

    The dog park gets heavy use and we want a water station installed as soon as possible.

    Since my fiance and I have moved into the condo next door there have been numerous times we have been woken up at 5:30 - 6:00 am by construction noise, and when we were about to look into it more, someone slid a pamphlet under our door saying they did the same thing, and gave us all the information we needed to complain. At that time, the owners were supposedly just trying to receive an extended hours permit (or exemption permit) and when I phoned today, after construction woke us again at 5:45 am, they have apparently been granted this extension. I refuse to believe that this gives them the right to make as much noise as they want, (which they do) 24 hours a day. This is not a one off occurrence, this is shut your doors and windows, day and night, loud and unnecessary noise.

    Lane road on 63 ave has several potholes starting from 146 street all the way to 146A street due to ongoing construction @ 6287 - 146 street. Heavy equipment was being parked on 63rd ave which may have caused the cement to crack / brake and this maybe the reason the entire lane way was excavated leaving lots of potholes and not to mention unevenness from the sidewalks to the laneway. This needs to be dealt with asap.
