Gate to side yard is broken and hanging loose.

A boat trailer has been stored illegally in the driveway for more than six months, in violation of the requirements of the domestic equipment ordinance of the City of St. Petersburg. The parcel owner is James Jannetides and the address is 5240 62nd Ave South.
