This property is an apartment building which is beside my Mother’s home (1690 18th St NW, Canton, OH 44703). The brush and trees have overtaken her sidewalk and the postman has threatened to discontinue delivering her mail as a result. There is a pick up truck with 4 flat tires up on blocks. There is a tire in the yard and trash and debris scattered about. I made a complaint last year, but the owner did nothing. I hope this can be sorted out this year and the owner of this property comply with the request. I would like to meet with the officer when he comes out to inspect the property. Streets need swept badly in Harrison Hills area. They have a lot of winter debris from the snow plows that pushed glass and concrete all over the road. A lot of broken glass from trinity all the way to 25 th street nw.

There is currently a hose running across a public street from the vacant property at 1408 Piper Court NW. to a washing machine that is outdoors in the rental at 1414 Piper Court NW. (Where the baf actor at the nuisance property is now residing.)

This neighborhood deserves better.

Lady will not remove mess she is very nasty and and will call you all kinds of names if you ask her about mess please get that out uts bringing in unwanted animals living in it now.

Potholes have resurfaced again on 25th St. Nw

I reported earlier that a house address was 1304 12th st nw. . My mistake. While 1304 has issues they are currently working to fix them. The correct address for board up, property clean, waist hi grass and abandoned stripped vehicles is 1306 12th st nw. This guy has several properties through out the city he has done this to.

THIS ISSUE ALSO IS A CONCERN ON 17TH STREET WHERE OUR WINDOWS RATTLE. This is a single family property. There are many people living in this property who are not on the lease. Anytime the landlord is contacted, he brushes it off and threatens to contact his attorney. It is a party house, at least 3 days a week they party until 2am - 4 am. Windows rattle, trash is left on other people’s property, cars are in other people’s yards. The noise can be heard from Monument Rd NW to Fulton Rd NW. Please help the HOMEOWNERS on this street.

Not save cant see turn safely needs cut or removed

Cars are running the stop sign at 26th and Ivanhoe NW. Most of them are coming from the apartments on Roberts Ave., down by the Hall of Fame fitness center. This can happen at anytime day and night. A large red truck went airborne through the stop sign yesterday. It is a safety concern for the neighbors.
