The roads for this entire neighborhood are extremely despicable, and need to be completely overhauled and redone entirely. I live on 51 Kimberly Dr and I am pregnant, these roads are a serious concern for my baby's health. There is no reason I should have to hold my belly when going 20MPH down the road worried that some serious bump will hurt my unborn baby. Considering my medical history of a Placental Abruption, and loosing one child I would hate to loose another child because of this towns lack of attention to this neighborhoods infrastructure. Not to mention all the residents, buyers, sellers, and visitors who are fed up with the amount of damage done to their vehicles. I demand temporary repairs to be made until the roads can be permanently repaved the correct way...flat. Please consider putting our taxes towards something that would make this neighborhood a pleasant place to drive in and out of, instead of continuing to ignore what could turn into petitioning, or receiving bills for car repairs. I have lived here for all my life and have never seen anything done. Now would be the time. Thank you for reading.

Good Morning! I've spoken to someone in the zoning office and obtained the name of the party believed to own the strip of land behind our home. I've since had them come out to view the property and they seem to think they don't own that portion of the development. I've ran in to a wall as far as information goes. Last year or two I did some research to see who owns the property and came up with a man in Hong Kong, yes Hong Kong - however, I'm not entirely certain that's true or not! I'd greatly appreciate some help in locating the name of the person or persons responsible for the land behind our home - it's overgrown and there are extremely large trees that will most definitely not survive this winter.

New owner has not done anything with property.

The Halloween display at this location is causing serious safety concerns based on the high volume of traffic that regularly blocks two way travel, and sometimes blocks the road completely. Numerous people are standing in the street in dark clothing, making them hard to see. A drone or some kind of flying object flies around the house and street, which is distracting to drivers and troublesome to the neighborhood. Music is being played at high levels, which is also disruptive and intrusive to the neighborhood.

It's difficult to drive onto Steele Rd. from Ann St. because bushes or trees on both sides of the street are blocking the view. There's a lot of pedestrian traffic here and I'm concerned that this is a dangerous situation. Thank you for looking into this matter. LMJ

I thought housing live chickens was prohibited by Enfield town ordinances when the property is not concerned or zoned as a farm property. This residential home is breeding/housing chickens which seems unsafe and a hazard to public welfare.

Picked up my child yesterday at JFK day camp and I can't believe how the entrances look to the school. The Red/Blue/White house entrances are all in desperate need of paint and possible repair. This is a HUGE embarrasement to the town and I can't believe I send my child to a school that looks like this. I asked my other child that was in the car with his friend and they both said, this is nothing new. This is unacceptable!

There are many pot holes in this neighborhood. We have them repaired and within a week they are falling apart again. There are huge rocks all over which get kicked up by cars. My children are not safe if they ride bikes or walk. I have many images.

The home has not been lived in for some months and it is falling into disrepair the Grass looks like a field with a tree down int he front.

Of the 7 vehicles regularly parked at this address, 4 are still considered abandoned as they have not been moved from their front yard lawn storage location for more than 15 years. This blighted property and the many abandoned vehicles have been reported on many numerous occassions. This includes concerned neighborhood letters which were mailed to town offices, and also being addressed during multiple town meeting forums, with STILL NO RESOLUTION or enforced town codes. There are also multiple hazardous / flammable fluids stored outside in plastic containers in the back yard. Please properly address these violations which are de-valuing all our properties, the environment, and may negatively affect our taxes.
