    The driveway apron at 424 Goodrich was removed several months ago by order of the city. The resulting hole was left unfilled for weeks, and then someone (claiming to be a contractor for the city) dumped this crappy dirt full of garbage and rock debris. It was never smoothed, and never seeded. It is extremely hazardous. I've called about this several times. This needs to be fixed NOW.

    Icy streets on the 5th Street off ramp into downtown St. Paul from 94W. This happens regulations and I would think that the sanding/salting crew would think to address these types of streets first. Nothing had been laid down on the street by 8:30 am this morning and I was going under the speed limits by 10 mph and I slid for over 50 feet. Prior to this I had driven in Minneapolis and other suburbs and get had addressed their streets much better. Has been a recurring issue for years that St Paul underperforms it's peer cities and the suburbs in the area of winter street management.

    There are at least six vehicles currently parked on Banfil between Duke abd Richmond in violation of the snow emergency. With how narrow the street is it would be great if they were ticketed and towed BEFORE the plows come through today.

    Numerous deep, wide transverse cracks in the westbound bike lanes into the traffic lanes. This is very dangerous because Jefferson is a bike route and the potholes are forcing the bikers to ride in the traffic lanes.

    The crosswalk at the intersection of Kellogg and 35S ramp does not ever show walk. I waited 20 minutes at 11am today in the blazing sun for traffic to get a red light and the walk sign to allow me to cross.
