We apologize for the late response. Is this dumpster still overflowing?

At this moment, it is not overflowing, but it has been man, many times since I first reported it back in January of 2016. Almost every week very large pieces of furniture are placed in it, preventing it from closing, and allowing the regular garbage to spread everywhere. It would be great if someone from the city would drive by and look at it sometime.
