    The construction site at 2112 Timberwood Place has been a neighborhood eyesore for 2.5 years. New homes have been built from the ground up in 6-8 months. Can the city not legally force these owners to at least get the porta potty and trash container off the property or at least out of the front yard? Why are these owners being given such latitude?

    My property sits below street elevation at the very end of Timberwood Dr. Over the years, stormwater drainage has caused the area down my drive, thru my property and physically around my home to erode significantly. Seeking FH assistance to mitigate / solve my property erosion. Glad to meet someone there to walk the property and highlight the issues. Many thanks for your earliest response.
