Hey John, we have reviewed and discussed this issue at length. We think the first thing we need to do is correct the drainage above your drive. We will be clearing the right-of-way, fixing the up hill culvert, and re-ditching. Once we correct this, we will observe and make more adjustments. The long term solution is to crest the road at a steeper angle. Your road is currently planned for 2019.

Thank you very much....however, not exactly sure what it all means....will you be attempting to remedy / mediate only above my property or will you be working to resolve any of the current erosion on my property that has been caused / contributed to by the drainage issues above my property?
