The stores at this location always park their cars (same model, different color, 2-3 cars) in front of their garage, on the sidewalk 90 degrees towards the street parking, blocking pedestrian's right of way. They usually park the cars during business hours during weekdays and has been parking by the sidewalk for months already.

The stop sign painting on the ground is missing due to newly paved surface. Needs clear signage on all 4 directions.

Dead end sign needed for Morris.

As cars from southbound now have to reroute from Indiana Street to Minnesota Street to turn left to Mariposa, there's way more traffic around those 2 blocks. It's veey dangerous for the cars on Minnesota to see the cars coming on 18th St. There's a need of a 4-way stop instead of a current 2-way stop sign.

Lots of garbage/junk by the freeway entrance. Been there for few days already.

The original case #4734165 has been closed due to the inspector can't find the cover. There's not much utility covers on the street and not sure why the inspector can't locate it. It's by the GARAGE of 1301 Indiana. I've included a photo of it for better reference.

The 3 signage on the island by thr left lane next to the muni stop has spray paint and or stockers.

The 280N freeway side rail, near the Cesar Chavez exit, has been damaged. There's 2 parts got damaged, one part is crooked upwards, one part is missing the rail. Possibly due to cars crashed on them.

The vision of the 280 Freeway signagr by the off ramp has been blocked by bushes/plants around it. There's another white signage next to it is also having a grey color background, possibly very dirty.

The lane dividing concrete by the freeway entrance has been smashed and broken apart. Possibly due to an auto collision.

There's lots of junks on the grassy side by the freeway.

The parked dumpster container is sticking way out to the street.

Missing freeway entrance indicating signage from Circular Ave driving northbound. The bicycle signage street painting should also direct bicycles to avoid leaning towards the right side of the lane, when drivers on Circular Ave northbound turns right to the freeway entrance, tend to unable to see nearby bikers.

The stop sign paint under the freeway on Mariposa is faded. Sometimes drivers cannot see where to stop, sometimes drivers just fled the stop cause they didn't see any indicater. It has been causing a lot of dangerous driving. Please paint back asap.

There is a utility cover on the sidewalk, in front of the garage of 1301 Indiana Street, covered by a wood plank. It needs to be replaced back to the official type of cover.

Lots of potholes on the street, have reported before and no one took care of them. Now the potholes are very obviously seem after rain, as there's rain water on the holes.
