    Interstate 91 Windsor, CT - Windsor
    The HOV lane Northbound approaching the rt 305 exit has had the top surface of asphalt removed leaving a ridged surface and uneven pavement in places. I hit this at speed on my motorcycle last night and it was quite a surprise. A less experienced rider could really get hurt this way. How about a warning sign announcing this hazard guys?

    The level was rising at 7AM this morning - was over Pleasant and was moving very quickly. Almost looks like the Mill Brook cistern is plugged again. Pleasant needs to have flood barricades erected for traffic.
