A tree blocks the traffic light for westbound vehicle on W 43rd @Alba. Cars cannot see the light until very close and cannot stop in time for red lights.

Some hit the traffic signal on SE corner of the intersection.

The relatively new curb is breaking apart

The new storm sewers are creating sinkholes at the NE and SE corners of 43rd and Alba St. this looks to be creating future problems with the street, storm sewer and electrical equipment.

On the southbound lane of Waugh a drainage grate has been removed creating a hazard for cars.

The pothole is across the entire lane of traffic. Vehicles are waiting to drive into the oncoming lane to bypass.

manhole cover needs to be replaced

The storm sewer cover is out of place leaving a large hole.
