    1042-1098 Wake Towne Dr Raleigh, NC, 27609, USA - Six Forks

    The intersection of West Bound Wake Towne Dr. with Wake Forest Road backs way up due to the amount of traffic from Wegman's, Trader Joe's and the U.S. Post Office. The problem is that there are two left turn lanes when one in okay, and the right most lane is straight or right. One car going strait stops all the right turns behind it until the light turns green.

    The easy solution is to repaint the turn arrows so the left-most lane turn left. the middle lane is right or straight, and the right-most lane is right turn only. Since the backup is always at the current right lane, this will easily solve a lot of the problem.

    I have pointed this out repeatedly since early 2021. The two permanently installed radar speed feedback signs on Town and Country Road almost never work. Someone works on them, and they work for a day or two, and then no longer work. Please remove them and get our money back from the manufacturer.

    Two "NEW TRAFFIC PATTERN" warning signs on Town and Country Road. There were changes to this road three years ago, so they are no longer "New". There are other warning signs, that might have more effect if these were removed.

    In this vicinity there are two radar speed signs. They have been inoperative for several years, and I have repored them before. The sing on northbound Town & County is bland, and the sign on southbound says "Hi".

    These signs cost thousands of dollars each, and should be working as part of the speed control on Town and County.

    There are two radar speed signs, one in each travel direction.

    One says Hi and the other does not light.

    At the intersection of Weaver Dr with Duraleigh Road the stop sign is obscured by trees so that it cannot be seen until actually in Duraleigh.

    Lake Lynn Park Ray Rd, Raleigh, NC, 27613, USA - Northwest

    There was a sign on northbound Ray Road warning of the dangerous left turn into the Lake Lynn Community Center far enough ahead that one could slow for the turn. That sign has gone missing.

    There REALLY needs to be a left turn lane for northbound Ray Road traffic into Lake Lynn Park, as the left turn is at the top of a rise, and you have to stop before turning to be sure there is no oncoming traffic.

    This sign was apparently removed when workers were installing buried fiber optic lines and was not replaced. It is lying near where it had been standing. It has been down for several weeks.
  • 3201-3265 Plaza Place Raleigh, North Carolina - Northwest
    The iron cover of the storm drain on the west side of Plaza Place at the intersection with West Millbrook is partially off and protruding into the road. This will tear up the sidewall of a tire.
