Multiple instances of graffiti on the walls and sidewalk of the pedestrian walkway on the west side of southbound Carlisle as it passes over I-40. I didn't look, but imagine that the pedestrian walkway on the east side of northbound Carlisle as it passes over I-40 is similarly defaced.

Traffic signals--left turn arrows are _always_ activated with every cycle of the lights--even though _no_ cars are turning left. This is true for both northbound (turning west onto the frontage road) and southbound (turning east onto the I-40 on-ramp) University traffic.

  • 400 Marquette Avenue Northwest Albuquerque, New Mexico - Downtown
The city website regarding disposal of fluorescent bulbs has issues. First and foremost, there is only ONE location in the entire city for disposal. I have one burned out bulb. Am I going to make a special trip and bur $5 worth of gas to give it to ACT? Probably not. I'll almost certainly throw it in the trash. Second, the links on the page at http://www.cabq.gov/solidwaste/household-hazardous-waste/copy_of_household-hazardous-waste#bulbs are failures. The Google map link is a 404 error. The ACT link takes you to the national site for the ACT company--giving zero information to an Albuquerque resident as to where to take a bulb. If the city really wants to keep these mercury bulbs out of the landfill, it needs to do better.

Second report. First report was "Archived". What's that mean? Grafitti still on the sign. Also, grafitti on two "School bus only" signs on both sides of driveway just west of the pedestrian sign.
