    On Inner Lake Shore Drive, where the Outer Drive exit ramp merges with Inner Drive just north of Bellevue, there is a movable concrete barrier placed to prevent those exiting from Outer Drive to turn right on Bellevue The barrier has been turned its position and may be hazardous to Inner Drive vehicles It needs to be re-positioned
