The obstruction is still there and it is still dangerous to runners. Why don't we put boulders in the roadway instead of the running path that prevent cars from driving around the toll booth? Let's find another way to solve the issue of car parking fee jumpers than putting a "stumbling block" in the way of thousands of innocent runners.

Obviously no one will do anything about this until a runner is seriously injured. I hope it's not someone from your family.
