    The trash cans just inside the gates from the parking lot by the Dog Beach are OVERFLOWING with garbage and have been for several days. They need to be emptied ASAP.

    This building constantly has overflowing carts, and bags of garbage left along side, which get ripped open. We have a rat problem, and this is not helping.
