    We have convened a new walking safety group in the Temescal neighborhood, the Temescrawlers. On our first nightly walk we discovered 4 street lights which were already out of service or actually went out of service while we were walking by. Here are the locations: the east side of Webster Street at Rich Street; Shafter Street at 42nd Street the NW corner; Shafter next to Emerson School between 45th Street and 48th Street; and the east side of Webster Street between 42nd and 43rd Streets.
