    the alley behind 344 7th street N in St Petersburg Fl has brick paved surface that is badly broken and uneven. On Thurs July 30, 2015, I drove through and heard something scrape loudly the bottom of my car. Transmission fluid came flooding out on the pavement. This alley needs to be paved out evenly ASAP. dangerous to drive on

    the grass on the public sidewalks in front of the house/apt on this street has been overgrown and full of litter for months. It also includes an island with a fire hydrant on it. The big tree on this area has lots of dead limbs falling. Parking for cars is under this tree. in past year a limb fell and damaged the windshield and hood of a car. not sure who is responsible for upkeep. Need help keeping this clean and safe
