the alley behind 344 7th street N in St Petersburg Fl has brick paved surface that is badly broken and uneven. On Thurs July 30, 2015, I drove through and heard something scrape loudly the bottom of my car. Transmission fluid came flooding out on the pavement. This alley needs to be paved out evenly ASAP. dangerous to drive on
