A ticket was opened in fall of 2014. We were told the road would be repaired in spring of 2015. We followed up in the fall of 2015... And now it's spring of 2016 and the road is worse than ever.

Can you please confirm this will be fixed this spring? I can't imagine this would fly if we weren't on a culdesac, but that's no excuse for neglect...

I opened a ticket last fall which has since been closed. The last note from the DPW in January was that the road would be repaired in the Spring, and then closed the complaint. It's August and the road hasn't been repaired and is much worse. Per Carl, it was rated a 3 last year... I bet it's worse now.

Unsafe overgrown property. More specifically the corner lot has not been maintained at all this year and has grown to unsafe lengths making visibility driving to the corner very low not being able to see approaching cars, people or pets. Being a culdesac there already isn't a stop sign. At minimum the first 3-4 feet should be mowed since it is a city lot. It gets less attention because we are tucked away in the corner of town but I know this would not be acceptable if it were on Kalamazoo ave or middle of town.

this city lot has not been maintained at all this year and has overgrown to the point of being unsafe. Being a culdesac there already is not a stop sign but now the grass and weeds are so tall that you can't see cars, people or pets that may be approaching the corner. At minimum the first 3 or 4 feet from the curb should be mowed.
