Recent water leak. Is this complete? Need patch to be smooth. Currently bumpy. We have a community event starting 12/ through 12/31. Lights if Lake Park. Grassy area needs flattening and sod as people park and walk to see the lights. We don't want any fall hazards. Call me if you like to discuss.

Remove storm drain filters left behind from sidewalk repair project and replace grass tore up.

This vehicle has been up on jack for over a month now

Car has been disabled for over two years. Broken down, flat tires and gets green algea on the side of the car. It's an eyesore to look at.

Tree limbs down from Hurricane Ian on County Property

Tree limbs/branched that were cut off the powerlines, left behind on county property

This area is grossly over grown and needs to be mowed.

Someone trimmed the tree on the county property and left the trimmings in a big pile.
County mowed around it. Please send a truck to pick/up clean up. Thank you.

Rolled my ankle walking to my mailbox.
Please repair driveway bib. I've asked once before and got denied. Now I've hurt myself.

Please replace this whole gutter. Patched areas are all broken up now.

Sidewalk lifted up. A little boy fell and broke his arm. Please fix asap

The cross over bridge over 102nd needs to be cleaned from leaves from the trees and trim back the trees. Someone is going to slip either walking or riding a bike over it.

Homeowners have removed their grass, putting down weed blocker and large chunks of mulch and potted plants.
