The road surface was removed on Feb 19th. No signs of progress since. I would like to request action in the form of progress on resurfacing or at least a sweeping weekly until the surface is restored.

Abandoned clothes and other materials east of fence behind lowes, West of railroad tracks, just north of 22nd ave n. Makes our city look trashy

Aquatic weeds steadily increasing in retention pond. hydrilla and thick mats of water cotton mixed i with other species.

Parking lot north of old schneller building has a fair amount of water draining onto 49th st n. I can't tell if this is residual rain drainage or a possible infrastructure leak.

Left lane west bound 22nd ave n between 40th and 41st

Branches of a brazillian pepper tree are blocking view of west bound traffic on 17th ave from 42nd st.Tree is in municipal easement. Suggest iradication since tree is invasive exotic and last trimming was so short lived.

Metal debris in intersection. Could be a safety hazard

50 cm Pothole in center lane of 275 southbound at 38th ave n very close to where exit ramp starts.
