Flashing School zone sign was hit and is on the ground at TRIOLA and Wilcrest

Drainage grate is not in place. A falling danger. Between "reforestation area" and bayou.

Bottom light is extremely dim

It's been there awhile. The street light is laying on the sidewalk right where the bridge over the bayou starts.

You can hardly see the light flashing and I'm pretty sure it flashes outside the school zone times. It's completely ignored by most drivers.
