Water fountain has no water pressure

Car alarm is constantly going off at all hours when vehicles drive by that are a little loud. Very rude. No other cars have this problem.

Wires hanging. Can you direct this issue to the proper utility company? It has slowly been getting lower

While walking on sidewalk tree cut my head

Tree appears to be tilting since the last rain may fall onto street and hurt someone

West bound Ontario Ave at Main Street the left turn light is constantly activated even though nobody is there stopping Eastbound Ontario for no reason. I go by there at 4 am and it constantly cycles it may not be noticeable during daytime heavy traffic

Cross walk always on. Southwest corner of Smith and Tenth always triggers the crosswalk even when nobody is there. This causes traffic problems due to light constantly changing for the crosswalk

I saw a man in my carport. I asked him what he was doing and he said he was changing his cloths. Very suspicious to be changing clothes at 12 noon was he being looked for in his other clothes. I took photos of him leaving my house. I have two other pictures if needed
